Oral presentations
The predicted time of oral presentations is 15 minutes + 5 minutes for discussion.
Authors of oral presentations are required to prepare slides in English in order to facilitate the understanding of non-Italian participants.
Poster presentations
Posters will be displayed during the conference. While there will not be a presentation, at least one author for each poster must be present for discussion of the work.
Please draft posters in English in order to facilitate the understanding of non-Italian participants. The poster should be vertical and in the size of A0 (841 x 1189 mm).
The choice of presentation (oral or poster) must be specified in the submission form. Those who choose oral presentation must also indicate the topic of reference. Due to the limited number of oral communications, authors, at the discretion of the Scientific Committee, may be invited to change the status of their presentation from oral to poster.
Abstract drafting
The Symposiums’ official language is Italian; however, to give international visibility to the scientific contents, which will be published online, abstracts must be written in two languages, Italian and English, and sent by 20 April 2022.
The maximum length of the abstract is fixed for each of the two languages at 300 words. Abstracts must occupy at most one A4 page for each of the two languages (total = max 2 pages), including bibliographical references, as shown in the template.
To facilitate the management of the scientific contributions, please name your file as follows:
Surname_oral.doc or Surname_poster.doc (Example: Bianchi_poster.doc)

Acceptance
After examination by the Scientific Committee, formal acceptance of the contributions will be given. For publication in the official program and Proceedings of the Congress (with ISBN), it is necessary that at least one of the authors register by 20 May 2022.
Fill out the form and send the abstract
Proceedings & ISI JNIRS Special Issue
Proceedings will be available online and will contain abstracts in Italian and English. Authors are also welcome to submit full papers to the special issue of the international journal ISI JNIRS – Journal of NIR Spectroscopy.
